Questions agency owners always ask...

The truth is... any good accountant can work with a creative agency, but wouldn’t you rather work with one who does it every day? Someone who truly understands your world, your language, your quirks, is invested in your success, and makes you a priority, not an afterthought?

No. Most commonly our agency clients have two or three owners and less than twenty permanent staff. If we think you are becoming too large a business for us to service, we'll be honest and let you know.  

We think Xero and Dext are a dream combination for running the finance function of an agency but we are not wedded to either. We help find the right solution for you and are happy to work with Sage, Quickbooks and FreeAgent alongside Hubdoc, Autoentry and a range of other fintech applications.   

Although we promise to respond within 48 hours, it is usually within 24 hours - if not the same day. All human responses, no AI chatbots. 

Our preferred methods of communication are email for correspondence and Microsoft Teams for meetings and calls (Zoom and Google are also fine). WhatsApp and SMS work for short or urgent requests and we use a telephone answering service for any call-back requests.     

We operate a fixed-fee policy. We never discount, and we use the same pricing menu for every client. We feel this is the fairest way and results in us treating every client with the same level of commitment and respect. We work with you to get the right balance of services for your budget. You will never pay for a service you don't need.

All we ask is 30 days notice so we can ensure any in-flight work is completed and we can conduct an effective handover to your new accountants in a timely and professional manner. We will never present you with an additional bill on exit.
