Our clients create content across a broad range of interests. We operate with utmost privacy and confidentiality and all our services can be provided remotely without any need to meet in person. 

We think Xero is an excellent solution for content creators, partly because of it's ease of use and partly because of the breadth of integrations with payment platforms and other useful applications. However, our priority is to find the right tool for you. 

Although we promise to respond within 48 hours, it is usually within 24 hours - if not the same day. All human responses, no AI chatbots. 

Our preferred methods of communication are email for correspondence and Microsoft Teams for meetings and calls (Zoom and Google are also fine). WhatsApp and SMS work for short or urgent requests and we use a telephone answering service for any call-back requests.     

We operate a fixed-fee policy. We never discount, and we use the same pricing menu for every client. We feel this is the fairest way and results in us treating every client with the same level of commitment and respect. We work with you to get the right balance of services for your budget. You will never pay for a service you don't need.

All we ask is 30 days notice so we can ensure any in-flight work is completed and we can conduct an effective handover to your new accountants in a timely and professional manner. We will never present you with an additional bill on exit.
