I've built mine to be none of those. Your fee isn't pulled from a list of packages, because you don't run a packaged business. It's calculated based on the amount of work involved and **what your business actually needs**. Things like how many transactions need processing, how many employees you have, whether you want me to do everything or if you're happy doing some things in-house. That means **you're never overpaying** for a tier built for someone bigger, or squeezed into one that doesn't fit. But "bespoke" doesn't mean "made up." **Every quote runs through the same system**, so a business like yours pays what any business like yours would pay — not a figure I've guessed at based on what I think you can afford. It's priced to your needs, not your wallet. Whatever the number, you'll know it before any work starts. **Your fee won't creep mid-year** or change because the work got fiddly. What we agree is what you pay. Once a year I review fees to keep pace with rising costs and any change in what you need, and you'll always know about that well ahead of time. **Predictable, not a shock in the post**.
